RETURN POLICY

Purchased but not shipped (cancelled): Your order will be shipped as soon as possible after your purchase, so you will be charged a 5% processing fee.

Delivered (not used):

No Questions Asked Returns: If you are not satisfied with your product within 7 days of receiving it, you can return it to us without giving any reason and get a full refund.

Product quality problems: If the product you receive has quality problems or manufacturing defects, we will provide you with free returns and refunds. Please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product and provide relevant photos or descriptions so that we can solve the problem for you as soon as possible.

Size Mismatch: If the product you ordered does not match the size you expected, you may return it to us and exchange it for a better-fitting size. If the available sizes do not meet your needs, we will provide you with a full refund. (Return shipping costs are borne by you)

Return Process: To simplify the return process, simply contact our customer service team and once your return request is approved, send the product back to us in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the product, you will receive a refund or replacement product within a reasonable period of time.

Please note that to ensure that the return policy is effective and fair, the following circumstances may not apply to the return policy: customized products, personal hygiene products, expired products, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.

  1. Please Contact Uson our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason, attach photo(s) for quality problems.
  2. After receiving return address and instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
  3. Drop off your package at the local post office.
  4. After returning, provide the return receipt from the shipping company indicating the weight and the tracking number of your returns, we could expedite your refund/exchange. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
